Leadership in Crisis: A Conversation with Sadaf Jaffer

Join CAMBA for a moderated discussion with Sadaf Jaffer, the mayor of Montgomery Township in New Jersey.  Mayor Jaffer has attracted national attention since taking office in 2019 as the first female Muslim mayor in American history.  The discussion will cover her experience as a young, female, South Asian, Muslim leader; the importance of engagement in local government; her experience in tackling the coronavirus crisis in one of the hardest-hit states; and the handling of the ongoing civil rights protests.
