Pathways to Partnership
Part One of the Pathways in the Law Series

Join us for the inaugural event in Pathways in the Law, a three-part series designed to connect young lawyers and law students with experienced practitioners across different legal career paths.

Our first event, Pathways to Partnership, will feature a panel discussion with Muslim law firm partners practicing in litigation, intellectual property, and appellate law. Drawing on their experiences across distinct practice areas, our panelists will share their journeys to partnership and offer candid insights into the milestones, challenges, relationships, and decisions that shaped their careers.

The discussion will explore what it takes to navigate private practice, develop expertise and a professional reputation, build meaningful relationships, and ultimately make the transition to partnership. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear practical advice from accomplished Muslim attorneys, learn from their varied paths, and engage directly with the panelists during a Q&A.

Dinner will be provided.

Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026
Time: 6:00–7:30 p.m.
Location: Wiley Rein LLP, Washington, D.C., 250 M St NW, Washington, DC 20036
